Feeling the Heat

Approaching summer is like getting ready to slip into a black Corvette that's been parked all day just ten feet below a full-on angry sun.

You know the heat and the speed are gonna peel your skin off.  And you know a certain degree of delirium is probably inevitable.

Our new crop of content deals with just that: going to extremes under duress.   In "The Accidental Capitalist" a do-gooder pummels political correctness while in "Now it is Valentine" a couple tries to stay together AND stay apart.

We're also excited to include new poetry by Peter Jay Shippy, Mark Yakich, Brendan Shimoda and Julia Cohen, Jackie Clark, Dara Cerv and Gerald Gordinier

Read these pieces, submit your own and do something else good for you -- plan a summer party.

Right now.  With popsicles, kiddie pools, whatever.  We're expecting lots of invitations!
