Raleigh Quarterly Updates

9/6/2010

Is This How Cosmo Does It? ...

We've always loved -- and learned a lot from -- those Cosmopolitan 'spring fling' editions. All that cheesy cha-cha-cha right there at the supermarket check out!

At the RQ, we support the literary libido. So we're posting pieces designed to stimulate, starting with Kelly Borberg's review of the worldwide shocker, "Wetlands," and Jamie Le Jeal's ode to a bad girl, "Jacob and Kathy," featuring art by Jeff Linn.

And if you're in the mood to mix, don't miss the next So and So Reading Series on Saturday, May 16, 8pm, at Morning Times in downtown Raleigh.  Featuring Justin Marks, Chris Vitiello and Kate Pringle with broadsides by Adam Peele, So and So is a great place to rock a rhyme while you lock eyes.

Finally, if you're as turned on as we are, buy the RQ print edition at etsy.com.
